Tabra Bay, Chiropractic Assistant
Tabra has been with Blackbird since January 2016. Before working with us, she was a patient who needed chiropractic care due to her physically active lifestyle. Now she's using her talents to perform many of the therapies used in our office to help our patients get better faster.
Tabra is a Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor which she incorporates in the therapeutic exercises she teaches to our patients as part of the treatment.
When she's not assisting Dr. Jones with patient care, she dances professionally and continues to be a student of Ballet and Modern dance. As a Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor she also teaches classes as well as private instruction. She is a wife and cat mom. In her spare time (yeah, what spare time), she is an adept Sudoku player, choreographer, learning the violin, and refreshing her knowledge of the Japanese language.
She is also the master of really clever puns - so beware.

Jette Jacobs, Front Desk
After an injury brought Jette and her husband into Dr. Jones’ office, she was instantly drawn to the method and techniques being used in the clinic. Having been raised by a Chiropractor, it was a natural fit to become part of the Blackbird team. You’ll see Jette a few days a week at the front desk, scheduling and helping patients find their best way to health and well-being through the options available at our office.
As newcomers to Oregon, Jette and her husband have taken full advantage of the endless opportunities the mountains, rivers and beaches provide to hikers. Aside from wrangling two border collies, her time outside the office is spent in her garden or perusing the streets of Portland for the perfect cup of coffee. She is excited to again be part of a Chiropractic family and looks forward to witnessing your journey of wellness.

Cait Radovan, Office Manager
When she moved to Portland last year with her husband and pug, Cait was in search of the perfect place to ply her skills. A few years working with a non-profit psychiatry collective led her to search for a small medical office with caring and competent staff. After meeting with the Blackbird team, it was clear there was no place she’d rather be.
With varied experience over many industries, her number one job will always be problem solver.
She will usually be the first person you speak to when you enter the practice, and she’s always ready for a lively chat. In her free time, Cait loves to bake, read, and make art.
